An open space without chairs and tables is required for 25/10 Crowd Sourcing as participants will be standing. Only One index card will be given to every participant. You can begin this organizational structure by asking the participants what big idea they would recommend if the participants were ten times bolder than they are as of now. Each participant will write down their view on their index card and start passing around their cards. Then, they would score the card of the other participant. The ideas with the top 3 scores would be shared among the whole group.

How is it done?

Firstly, you will have to make sure that the participants meet different innovators who will share their stories with them. Ample space should be available where they can set up 5-8 stations. A few members would be included in the presenter’s group, whereas the people in the small groups can equally participate. Each presenter will be sitting at his or her station, while the whole group would be divided into the number of presenters available. Each small group will go to each presenter’s station for 10 minutes where they shall ask questions from the presenters.

For the first 5 minutes, every participant will come up with their own 15% solutions. Then, they will share it with their group members for 3 minutes. 5-7 minutes will be given to the groups to consult with each other.

In every segment, one participant will be the client, whereas the other two members will be the consultants. Every participant will be given an equal opportunity to coach and receive advice.

Each participant will share his challenge with the other two group members in 1-2 minutes. The consultants can ask any further questions from the participant for another 1-2 minutes. Then, the client will turn around, and the consultants will produce their suggestions and ideas for 4-5 minutes. After this, the client will turn around and let the consultants know what he or she valued the most about this experience for 1-2 minutes.

Therefore, when a group of people would share their stories under an hour and come up with a list of factors that are necessary for success, it would help to bring a positive change to any organization. This organizational structure is an agile approach to project management.

How is it done?

Appreciative interviews are carried out by first asking everyone to tell a story where they had to work on a challenge, and they are proud of what they had accomplished. You have to pair up with someone and tell them your success story. No tables are needed to carry the interview out; you will only require chairs. There can be an unlimited number of groups.

A paper and flip chart will be given to everyone. Each participant will have equal time to contribute. In the first 3 minutes, the instructor will be telling the participants what kind of story they are supposed to tell each other.

Participants will then pair up with each other and 7-10 minutes will be given to each participant to tell their success story to their partner. Then, a group of 4 participants would be formed where each participant will retell the story of his partner to the group. Other group members will be taking notes while listening to the story. Insights and patterns would be collected on a flip chart. Everyone will get 15 minutes to summarize the assets and conditions. Then, you will ask everyone as a whole that what conditions will help in getting success.

What is meant by it?

TRIZ is a problem-solving analysis that can help a group of people to let go of the knowledge that they had which was hindering their success. Therefore this organization structure helps in agile project management. The question asked in TRIZ is that things we must stop doing so that we can finally make progress.

How is it done?

TRIZ a three-step process in which you will have to ask all the participants to make a list of the things that would lead you to the worst result. Then, ask the participants to go over that list and ask them whether they have been doing any of these things and to be brutally honest while making another record in which they will write down their counterproductive programs. When they have done this, ask them to throw their second list and decide which steps will help them in finally getting a desirable result. The allotted time for each segment is 10 minutes.

A paper would be given to all the participants. There can be as many groups as you wish for there to be. Chairs and tables must be provided too. Everyone will be participating equally in a group of 4-7 participants. Each group will be following the 1-2-4-all technique in every segment.
